Aim:

The IFE Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management focuses on the crucial role of effective management in enhancing the performance of operational teams and overall organizational success. The course covers organizational structure, planning, operations, and people management within the health and safety contexts specific to the fire sector. It is designed for individuals in the fire sector, particularly those in or aspiring to roles such as Watch Managers/Incident Commanders or positions with fire safety responsibilities. By completing this qualification, candidates will understand and explain good practices in leadership and management, assess the impact of leadership and management on achieving organizational objectives, evaluate the role of policies and procedures in organizational success, and explain how leaders and managers contribute to health and safety.
