This is a dynamic eLearning course developed by Fire Risk Consultancy Limited in collaboration with mental health professionals and experienced firefighters. This fully online program is designed to support the unique psychological needs of firefighters, career and volunteer, who face increasing pressures from medical calls, climate-related disasters, urban challenges, and traumatic incidents.

With over 124,000 firefighters in Canada alone and similar demands worldwide, mental health has become the fire service’s greatest challenge. This course provides practical tools for recognising early signs of stress, offering peer support, and knowing when to seek help. Backed by a comprehensive, interactive workbook and available in 20 languages, this training aims to break the silence, end the stigma, and foster a culture where firefighter well-being is a top priority on the job and at home.
