  • Understanding the responsibilities of an Incident Controller
  • Understanding the responsibilities of Fire Wardens
  • Evacuation procedures (including Bomb Procedures)
  • General fire precautions in the workplace
  • Nature and hazards of fire
  • Human behaviour
  • Understanding the principles of Fire Safety Risk Assessment
  • Selection and operation of appropriate fire fighting appliances
  • Practical fire extinguisher demonstration
